Condolence: David, I am so sorry to hear that Wanda passed. I knew her well from WellFit when I attended the Tues/Thur morning group. We always talked and laughed and shared so many stories together. I was just about to send her a belated happy 80th birthday wish.....so sad she has left us so early. She was a wonderful person and one that I held such high regards for. She was always able to see the good in others and such an encouragement to so many of as WellFit.

Condolence: I was a school mate of Wanda and friend of the family in Carlingford, and a school-bus mate at high school. Then, when I was 14, Wanda helped our family for several months while my mother was ill. Each night, Wanda and I formed a team of two to make supper. She was a great companion, positive, cheerful, and helpful. And a great singer, taking the lead or singing in harmony at the drop of a hat. Along with my wife, Céline, I offer my heart-felt condolences to the family. David Johnston. Cowansville, Québec.

Condolence: I'm very sorry for your loss. You don't know me, but "Miss Willows" gave me the courage to become a cheerleader when I was in grade 7 at Queen Elizabeth school. She also taught me all I know about volleyball. She was an exceptional teacher, and I recognized her smile immediately. I was lucky to have been taught by her.

Condolence: Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the family in this time of sadness.
At a time like this one tends to reminisce as I went to High School with Wanda and we rode on the same bus. I can still see her and Donna running out the front door, still eating breakfast, to catch the bus with laugher and smiles on their faces. As a cheerleader she was at all our teams games and I was so glad when she was crowned Queen of the Ball at our school in 1957 by her sister Donna (Queen of 1956) as I was one of the contestants. We had many laughs and memories when some of us get together every May and we toasted to our upcoming 80th birthdays. She was always so gracious and kind with an amazing positive attitude. A true, true friend.
