Horn, Walter Ralph:
Passed away on September 26th, 2023 at his home at the age of 69.
Father of Angela Nelham, Evan (Lisa) Horn and Owen (Christine) Horn.
Grandpa of Ethan, Odessa, Eli, Jude, Asher and Zeke.
He is survived by his brothers: Bernie and Alfie (Anita) and his sisters: Margarete and Rosemarie (Al).
He is predeceased by his parents: Adam and Hanna.
Walter, affectionately known by family as Whumpa and to many others as Wally, will be remembered for his love of blues music and his talent as a guitarist. He was generous, creative, and a perfectionist in everything he did.
Walter's family will receive relatives and friends for a memorial service at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 29th, 2023 with a reception to follow. For anyone wishing to make a musical tribute to Walter, there will be time allotted in the service for this. A piano will be on site, otherwise please bring your own instruments.
