Obituary for Susan Irene Neuhof

Neuhof, Susan-at Innisfree Hospice, in her 66th year, on February 27th, 2023 of Manheim.

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce Susan’s passing. Susan’s 4+ years battle with cancer has come to an end. Susan was a deeply private person and requested from myself and her family that her illness be kept confidential. We honoured her wishes until the end. Unfortunately so many of you have been very surprised, shocked even of her passing. I appreciate how hard this is on all of her friends and extended family.

Susan is survived by her loving husband Erwin of 40 years. Also survived by her brother-in-law Arno. She will be sadly missed by her mother, Audrey Meyer, and her sisters Sandra (Sam) Stouros, Judy (Doug) Hamilton, and brothers David (Laurie) Meyer and Gary (Jennifer) Meyer, as well as, by niece Keanna Stouros, nephews: Jordan Stouros (God Child), Benjamin Meyer, Joshua Meyer and Adam Hamilton. She will also be missed by her special friends Mackenzie Neuhof, Bryan Ilton and their children, Sydney and Leo.

Predeceased by her beloved son Michael (2016) and father Alvin Meyer (2002), and Arthur Neuhof (1997) and Meta Neuhof (2008).

A very special thank you to the nursing staff at GRH’s 6 North with special acknowledgement to Susan’s Nurse Practitioner, Natalia Belkovitch.

Susan graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administrative Studies in 1979. She was employed at J.M.
