It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stephan Schwens on March 21, 2021 in Kitchener at the age of 37.
Beloved son of Reinhard & Irene Schwens, cherished brother of Jen Schwens (Mike Hauck) and loving uncle of Jasmine, Jayden and Jacob.
A funeral will be held at Henry Walser Funeral Home (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON 519-749-8467) followed by a burial at Parkview Cemetery (Waterloo).
