It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Shirley Louise Koehler on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Lanark Heights LTC at the age of 86.
Beloved wife of the late John (2018).
Loving mother of Kevin (Teresa), Brenda Gabet (Dale Boyd), Blake (Ellen), and Gregory (Corina Emde).
Treasured grandma of 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Dear sister of Rosemarie Dow.
Predeceased by her parents Rose (Paul) Traynor and Greg Connelly.
Shirley enjoyed a career working at the Psychiatrist Office with Dr. Tadross. She was a former resident of Morningside Retirement Community in New Hamburg. Shirley loved spending time boating, gardening, travelling around the world and driving her red Mustang convertible. Most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.
A private service will be held at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467. Extended family and friends are invited to view Shirley's service at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at https://www.henrywalser.com/live-streaming
