It is with sadness that we announce Sara's passing on Friday, April 16, 2021 in her 95th year. Born on August 31, 1926 in Reusdorf, Romania and immigrated to Canada in 1968. Beloved wife of the late Peter (2014). Dear mother of Hilda (Peter) Zuzinjak and Peter (Joanne) Bell. Loved grandmother of Anita (Ron), Mark (Teresa), Adam (Amanda) and Jessica (Mike). Proud great-grandmother of Nikolas, Kassidy, Mackenzie, Eden, Isla, Ben and Quinn. Survived by her brother Martin Zelch in Germany and sister Maria Craiescu in Romania. Also survived by sisters-in-law Sara Orendi and Katie (Mike) Bloos, many nieces and nephews in Canada, Germany and Romania.
A private family service will be held at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener. Extended family and friends may view the service on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 1 pm via the following livestream link:
