Passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at Chartwell Westmount Long Term Care in Kitchener at the age of 84.
Loving mother of Pam Mazurek (Bill), Peggy Forrest (Tom) and Dan. Cherished grandmother of Cody (fiance Lidia) and Madelyn. Predeceased by her parents, Albert and Vynoma Sculthorp. Will be dearly missed by her close friends Joan and Jim.
Sally's family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memorial Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2022 in the funeral home chapel. Reception to follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kitchener Waterloo Humane Society or St. Matthews Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
