Russell, Robert:

Robert (Bob) Russell passed away on January 1, 2021 at Stratford Hospital, at the age of 77, with family by his side.

Beloved husband of Judi for 39 years.
Loving father of Todd Russell (Shannon), Nathan Russell (Amanda) and Joshua Russell (Julia).
Cherished Papa of Brooklynn, Addison and Bennett.
Dear brother of Diane Hay, Cathi Bagi (Adam) and Louise DeRose (Raymond).
Brother-in-law to Dale Perneel (Chris).
Treasured uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Loyal Dog-Dad and companion to Henry.
Predeceased by his parents, Rose and Victor Russell.

Bob was an avid sports fan and he spent a lifetime on the sidelines of his sons' and grandchildrens' lives giving encouragement and support in any way he could. He loved to be involved and watch his family tackle their goals, both on and off the field. He was proud of his growing family and his daughters-in-law held a special place in his heart. His family meant everything to him.

Bob retired several years ago from the WRDSB after dedicating his lifetime to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through his employment and volunteer work.

As per Robert's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held at Williamsburg Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467.
