Schiedel, Raymond:
Passed away peacefully on February 10, 2021 in Cambridge, Ontario at the age of 90. Dearly loved father to Heather Claydon (Paul) of Kitchener and Len Schiedel of California. Much loved grandfather of Jean-Paul and Tia (Josh), and great-grandfather to Alyssa, Carly and Deacon. Raymond will be missed by his sister Ruth Bauman (Howard). Predeceased by his parents Sarah and Almer, and his siblings Myrtle, Clifford, and Howard.
Raymond served proudly in the Canadian Army from 1950 to 1956, completing a tour during the Korean War.
A private graveside service will be held for Raymond at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Breslau.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Diabetes Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
