Seibert, Pearl:
Passed away on Saturday, August 10th, 2019 at Winston Park Nursing Home at the age of 97. Pearl joined the RCAF when she became of age to join in 1942 and stayed until the war was over in 1945. Pearl was stationed at Rockcliffe Hospital where she was caring for the injured soldiers. After she left the forces she schooled to become a hairdresser until her retirement at 65 years old. Pearl had a passion for travelling. Survived by niece Sandra Weber, grand-niece Christina "White" Yaskowich, nephews Larry Bodendorf, Wilfred Clegg, and Philip Yaskowich. Predeceased by her sisters Rose Rayner, Ruby Yaskowich, Margaret Bodendorf, Olive Hallman, Hilda Clegg and brother Harold Culligan. In keeping with Pearl's wishes all services will remain private. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Red Cross or the C.N.I.B would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).Visit www.henrywalser.com for Pearl's memorial.
