Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at Innisfree House in Kitchener at the age of 65.

Beloved wife of George for 37 years.

Loving mother of Michelle and Sarah (Mitch).

Cherished grandmother of Gabrielle, Jada, Avery, Lila and Callie.

Dear sister of Sharron Hart (Brad), Cathy Contant (Gary) and Kelly Conway (Steve Nickels).

Missed by her beloved dog, Kenzie.

Fondly remembered by nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by parents, Brian and Shirley Conway.

Patt's family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue from 12-12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 followed by the service in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
