Obituary for Patricia "Trisha" Nightingale

Nightingale, Patricia " Trisha":

Patricia (Trisha) Nightingale born in 1953 is survived by her husband, 2 sisters, 2 brothers, 2 daughters, 7 Grandchildren and 1 Great-granddaughter.

Trisha had a strong work ethic, and could always see the potential in things. She refinished furniture, had great talent for painting, arts and crafts, and making a house a home. She was ambitious in pursing the potential she saw, renovating her houses, trying new techniques and always refreshing the colours. This talent was not limited to her own home as many will tell you stories of how their homes had been "Trisha-ed".

She also had immense organization skills, and could take a mess of records and turn them into an accountant's dream file in her bookkeeping business.

Content in her quiet life and very happy to be back in Kitchener near friends and family, so many will miss the phone calls, coffees and visits we all shared with her; she was always interested in hearing about what was going on in our lives and could listen for hours. She was not one for world travel but loved the road trips to Nova Scotia and throughout Ontario, with her husband, Bob. She will be greatly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

An open house celebration of life can be shared with the family on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 2:30 to 4:30 at Glencairn Mennonite Brethren Church, 725 Erinbrook Dr., Kitchener, ON N2E 3E3
