Patricia (Pat) Sebert
November 27, 1939 - October 13, 2023
Surrounded by the love of her family, Patricia Sebert, age 83, passed away peacefully on Friday the 13th .
An embodiment of zest and spirit, Pat lived her life with spunk and humour. A fiercely independent soul, she persevered through life's ups and downs with a can-do attitude and a big smile.
Adept with cards, many will remember evenings of friendly competition around the table, filled with laughter and camaraderie. Pat's love for crosswords was unmatched, often seen diving deep into the world of words with her trusty pen in hand.
She will be missed very much by her daughter Anne (Rick Schuster), son Greg (Jacqueline Tait) and grandchildren Ryan, Lillian and Nigel, her sisters Liz and Joanne, as well as her family and friends near and far.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, joy, and memories that will be cherished by all who had the fortune to know her.
A heartfelt thank you to the nurses, staff, and volunteers at Innisfree House who cared for Pat before she passed - your gentle kindness, compassion and care will be long remembered.
A celebration of Pat's life will be planned for the spring of 2024.
Cremation has taken place.
