Passed away peacefully, on Monday, October 24, 2022 and Grand River Hospital - Freeport at the age of 87.
Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Hagedorn) for 65 years.
Dear father of Mike Richert (Bev). Father-in-law of Gary Deutschlander and predeceased by daughter Gabrielle.
Otto will be missed and remembered by his grandchildren Tyler (Jen) and Troy (Kelly) and great-grandchildren Brock, Clark, Hank and Link Richert.
Predeceased by his brothers Paul Richert and Manfred Richert.
Otto was an amazing supporter of his son and daughter, grandkids and great-grandkids. Always attending many of their sports events and birthdays. An avid fisherman often out catching his fishing mates.
Otto was a long time member of the Bricklayers Union and worked for many years with Kappeler Masonary.
Cremation has taken place. A private family graveside service will take place.
