It's with our deepest sympathies that we'd like to make a contribution to this cause in memory of Mike, in the hopes that others might someday be spared the suffering he was forced to endure. Over the years, Mike's kindness of spirit, friendly nature and his consistent smiles and laughter despite challenges and adversity is a true example of the kind of strength and courage our world needs more than ever.
