Malthaner, Michael:
Passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2019 at Seaforth Community Hospital at the age of 50. Beloved husband of Kelly Berkin. Loving father to Ryan, Corey and Josh (Magnolia). Cherished son to Ron and Brigitte. Mike will be missed by his sister Elisabeth (Ignatius) Hogan. He will be fondly remembered by his niece Shelby and nephew Eric. Mike was predeceased by his brother Mark (2001) and loving pug Ruby.
Michael's family will receive relatives and friends from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue on Thursday, July, 4, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Reception to follow. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River All Breed Rescue would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
