Passed away peacefully at The Westmount Long Term Care on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at the age of 82. Loving mother of David (Pam) and Daniel. Proud "Baba" of Candice, Robert and Joshua. Dear sister of Annie Martz (Bruce). Fondly remembered by her nieces Julie Roethel (Danny) and Trisha Lillico and by her nephew Mike Martz (Victoria). Predeceased by her husband Robert Davies (1985) and her loving companion Fred Bernard (2011).
Mary's family will receive relatives and friends from 12:30-1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memorial Service in the chapel on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. Special thanks to Dr. Lumsden from Grand River Cancer Centre, the staff from Westmount LTC, and the staff from Closing the Gap for your compassionate care.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
