Obituary for Mark Teal
Teal, Mark Stuart:
Passed away peacefully at the age of 73 on July 16, 2022 at Grand River Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
He is dearly missed by his wife of 25 years Anthe Teal and his children: Jennifer (Jason), Matthew (Angela) and his stepdaughter Catherine (Jon).
Mark is lovingly remembered by his grandchildren: Blake, Regan, Mason, Sophie, Rowan and Mars and his great grandchildren Leighton and Leslyn. He will endearingly be remembered by them as “Grumpa”.
He is predeceased by his parents and is survived by his cousin Maria, who he thought of as a sister.
He was an avid woodworker and could build anything from furniture to houses. He played football when he was in high school. He worked hard and had a very successful career in Telecommunications and Networking. He was a part of the IIE (Institute of Industrial Engineers) and the OACETT (Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technologists).
Mark was a kind and loving person. He never said no to anyone who reached out to him for help.
Never forgotten, forever remembered.
Mark's family invite relatives and friends to a memorial service on Monday, July 25th, 2022 at 1:30pm at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Reception to follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
