Richard, Marie:
Passed away peacefully at Hilltop Manor on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at the age of 86.
Loving mother of Carmen and her husband Joe. Proud and loving Grandmaman of her little "minou" Shawna (Trevor). Marie was also a loving grandmother to Taylor. Fondly remembered by Horst Neumann. Daughter of the late Justinien (Yvonne) and Maria. Dear sister of Therese, Eileen, Lily, Christine, Robert, Jean-Claude, Danny, Maurice and the late Raymonde and Regent. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Marie was born to be a mom...always thinking and taking care of others before herself. As a young woman she loved to dance so I believe she has her best dress and dancing shoes on now.

Marie's family will receive relatives and friends from 12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m. on Friday, February 2, 2024 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener (519) 749-8467. Memorial Service in the chapel on Friday at 1:00 p.m. Following the service, family and friends are invited for lunch around 2pm at the Concordia Club, 429 Ottawa St S, Kitchener.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated (cards available at the funeral home).
