Jeromin, Marianne:
It is with great sadness that the family of Marianne Jeromin (nee Siefken) announce her passing, on March 7, 2023 at the age of 90 years, in the comfort of her own home.
Born in Bremen, Marianne immigrated to Canada on her own in the 1950's. She moved to Sudbury to find work and ultimately met her pre-deceased husband of 62 years, Ulrich Jeromin. They eventually settled in Kitchener where they raised their family and made lifelong friends, with whom they travelled and enjoyed all the great milestones in life.
Marianne is loving mother to Ralph (predeceased), Mike (Alanna), and Christine Malleck (Todd), Oma to Austin Malleck (Jina), Eryc Malleck (Jasmine), Justin England (Deborah), Courtney England, Bethany Huckso (David), and Jayna Jeromin (Neil), Uhr Oma to Reese, Benjamin, Devyn, Noah and Dani. She will also be missed dearly by her lifelong friends, who are just like family to her.
Marianne lived independently in her beautiful apartment until her passing, where she was part of a wonderful community of friends who always showed support to one another.
Marianne cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will forever be remembered as an independent, strong woman to whom everyone was drawn because of her caring, poised and openhearted spirit.
Marianne will be laid to rest at a later date with her immediate family present. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467.
