Naranjo, Maria Lillian:
It is with heavy hearts Maria passed away peacefully at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, on Friday, September 6th, 2019 at the age of 65. Loving mother of Carlos and his wife Rachel and the late Alfredo. Much loved Abuela to Anthany, Fernando and Aselyn. She is survived by her siblings, Juan and Maria in Canada and other siblings around the world. She will be fondly remembered by Marleny, Edy, Tony, Luisa, Kevin, Jorge, Gladys, Lisa and many nieces and nephews. She was a very hard and dedicated worker, amazing mother and grandmother and devoted to her Catholic Church, Our Lady of Guadalupe.
Maria's family will receive relatives and friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Monday, September 9th, 2019 and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm on Tuesday September 10, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Prayers 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. John's R.C. Church (Our Lady of Guadalupe), 85 Strange St. Kitchener, on Wednesday, September 11th, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. Private cremation.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the St. John's RC Church or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
