Popp (nee: Grimm), Margot:
Passed away May 6, 2022, at Freeport hospital with her daughter Linda at her side at the age of 92.
She is predeceased by her dear husband August Popp (December, 2014), her daughter Karin Yoworski (Feb, 2020) and son Tony Popp (June, 1992).
She is survived by her children Rita Beyerbach, Ron Beyerbach and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dearly missed by daughter Linda Bossi (nee Popp, and John Haines). Beloved Oma of Andrew Bossi, Chris Yoworski (Donna, children Colton & Paige), and Steve Yoworski (Tanya, children Jeremy & Kyle).
Margot enjoyed a lifetime’s worth of happy memories made with August at the Concordia Club, Morningside Retirement Community (New Hamburg) and the Concordia Seniorenhaus. She was an active member of the retirement community at Winston Park where she entertained by regularly playing her accordion.
Margot's family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A service will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Reception to follow. Interment to take place at Riverside Cemetery (New Hamburg).
