My name is Tania Vieira and 22 years ago Mr and Mrs Hibbard were my customers at the post office in Stanley Park Mall. When I delivered my first son Maxx, Dorothy and Mrs. Hibbard gifted my son and I a pair of matching hand made moccasins. I cannot express how much that beautiful, generous, thoughtful gift meant to me. I still have them and will never forget Mrs. Hibbard’s and Dorothy’s kindness. I told my adult children about your mom today. Please accept my deepest condolences on your great loss. Forever in my heart.❤️
