Beloved wife of the late Edward (Ned) Behenna of 55 years.
Loving mother to her daughters, Fiona Pinter (Steve), Joanne Van Der Sluis, and her late son, Declan Behenna (Wendy). Rita was very proud of her grandchildren, Connor, Colin, Breanna, Nadia, Tasha, and Maggie. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends

Rita, Ned and family immigrated to Canada from Dublin, Ireland in 1965. Their family grew and flourished here in Canada. Both Ned and Rita upon retiring from Mutual Life, had many wonderful years together. Enjoying their grandchildren with summers on lake Huron, and winters in Florida with family and close friends.
