Died: Sunday October 4th 2020 (Age 99) in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada
Lucina loved entertaining, nature, gardening and her family. She came to Canada in 1957 with her husband Henry and her three children. She introduced her children to the art of growing plants and flowers, the beauty of sailing and the joy of camping on the shores of the Great Lakes. She passed away at peopleCare AR Goudie in Kitchener at age 99 as matriarch and mother of Alex (Lorene), Gerry (Jennifer), and Lucia Harrison (George); loving grandmother of Aaron, Robert (Vanessa), Heather (Mike), Vanessa (Ken), and Lauren; great-grandmother of Andrew, Riley, Eva, Peyton and Mason.
Private cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. where Lucina joins her husband Henry at Williamsburg Cemetery, 1541 Fischer Hallman Road, Kitchener, ON. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date when large family gatherings are again possible.
