Condolence: Lois was such a lovely lady, a real gem. She was one of the first members of St. Mark’s I met when I joined there. Lois was my Stephen Minister. Many fond memories of Lois at church.

Our parents had been friends since high school - they were in my parents’ wedding 64 years ago! Truly life long friends. Condolence: Dear Shelly and Jamie I have many wonderful memories of Lois and the whole Bergen family. We taught at Suddaby at the same time. Then we were involved in many areas of ministry at St Mark's. I remember having a wonder dinner of beef stroganoff at the Bergen home with the Scarfs and Cronmillers. Such great times. Was special to talk to her on the recent anniversary. Blessings to all the family.

S. filled with families singing Christmas carols accompanied by Lois on the piano. The fun, joy and laughter those musical mornings brought to everyone makes me smile to this day! What a lovely, gracious and happy person she was!

Condolence: We were so very sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. We remember Wilda talking about the fun they all had at Smithson, especially with a principal named Steve. I have very fond memories of Sarah’s music lessons when she was 4. Also of your mom playing Christmas carols as we all gathered in the front hall of Southridge. She was a lovely person who will be missed. She has left a legacy in her wonderful family. We are thinking of you all.

Condolence: I have very fond memories of your parents, especially your mother. When your parents came to live at TOTS they joined my father, also Gordon, at his table for many meals. Your mother always took the time to talk with my daughter Hannah and I, ask me about Hannah if she wasn’t with me, and was very kind to my father as his health declined in the last few weeks and months he lived at TOTS. Whenever we visited the home pre-Covid we were always greeted by your mothers’ smile and conversation if we happened to visit when she and your dad were on the main floor.
