Condolence From: Marg & John Gabel
Condolence: On behalf of my parents, Marg & John Gabel, and at their request, I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Gord, and Shelley, Tom and Steve and your families. Our parents had been friends since high school - they were in my parents’ wedding 64 years ago! Truly life long friends. My parents always spoke so fondly of your Mom - I just remember her beautiful smile! I hope your memories and knowing that others share your loss, will comfort you in the days ahead. With deepest sympathy, Jan (Gabel) Nyhof

Condolence: Dear Shelly and Jamie I have many wonderful memories of Lois and the whole Bergen family. We taught at Suddaby at the same time. Then we were involved in many areas of ministry at St Mark's. I remember having a wonder dinner of beef stroganoff at the Bergen home with the Scarfs and Cronmillers. Such great times. Was special to talk to her on the recent anniversary. Blessings to all the family.

Condolence: To the Bergen family, our deepest sympathy and condolences on the passing of Lois. To love deeply is to grieve deeply, but in time, may the fun and beautiful memories you shared fill your hearts. I remember Southridge P. S. filled with families singing Christmas carols accompanied by Lois on the piano. The fun, joy and laughter those musical mornings brought to everyone makes me smile to this day! What a lovely, gracious and happy person she was!

Condolence From: Heather Jeffery
Condolence: I have very fond memories of your parents, especially your mother. When your parents came to live at TOTS they joined my father, also Gordon, at his table for many meals. Your mother always took the time to talk with my daughter Hannah and I, ask me about Hannah if she wasn’t with me, and was very kind to my father as his health declined in the last few weeks and months he lived at TOTS. Whenever we visited the home pre-Covid we were always greeted by your mothers’ smile and conversation if we happened to visit when she and your dad were on the main floor. Take good care of each other.....And remember your mothers’ amazing smile and kindness....Heather Jeffery
