Saxon, Laura:

Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at the age of 50.

She will be dearly missed by her daughters, Bronwyn Saxon and Christine Poleman and her family (Nick, Jack, Sadie and Ben) parents John and Marguerite Saxon, brother Edward and family (Cynthia, Luke and Keir) and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Thank-you to Laura’s friends across the country, especially in British Columbia, who have supported her over the years.

Laura was an artist, with a spirit wild and free. She will be remembered for the many stories she generated throughout her many amazing adventures. She had accomplished most of her bucket list, and some things she did not anticipate along the way, in her short time here.

Laura’s family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Sunday January 19, 2020 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, (519)749-8467. Private cremation will be held following the visitation. A celebration of life will be held on April 22, 2020 as this was her birthday and also Earth Day – a fitting day to honour Laura. Further details will be shared at a later date.
