February 5th, 1952 - September 27th, 2020
Passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Hilltop Manor at the age of 68.
Beloved husband of the late Sylvia Edisbury (2015).
Dear brother of Leslie and Cameron Mitchell.
Will be missed by his family and friends.
Laird was an avid journalist and political activist, particularly in his younger years.
Laird's family will receive relatives and friends from 2 - 4pm on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Those wishing to attend Laird's visitation must RSVP by calling the funeral home or through the funeral home website. Face masks are mandatory
