I remember Kim making me feel one of the family here at Manulife all those years ago. She was so much fun to work with. Her wit and laugh, oh wait those facial expressions I will always remember. Kim you were always a class act and I'm a better person for knowing you. I have to say the way she could tell you a story of something she found out and the rest of us didn't know was so humorous. She would often have us in laughter and in a call centre is was much needed. If you wanted to know about Kim all you had to do was walk over to her desk and see her life on the walls. She would have group photo's from her bank days, her kids and she was so proud of them. She brought us into her life and that was her.
