Spain, Kathleen "Kathy"
passed away peacefully at The Village at University Gates on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at the age of 63. Beloved daughter of Cornelius "Con" Spain and the late Helen (nee Douglas). Loving sister of Michael Spain and Michelle Schweitzer (Gary McGowan). Dear aunt of Shawn (Heather) and Samantha (Mitchell and their son Nash). Kathy was a perfect lady in an imperfect world. Her "ray of light" will be sadly missed. Special thanks to "Parents for Community Living" who were such an important part of Kathy's life as she lived in group homes the past 20 years. A private family service will be held at the Henry Walser Funeral Home (519) 749-8467.
