Sister of Michael, the late Daniel, and Timothy.
Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and dear friends.
Karen was a vibrant and loving woman. She valued nothing more than her family and friends, and could always be counted on for a chat, hug or a helping hand. She was deeply connected to her community through her volunteer work, singing in choirs, and many years of teaching. Karen spent many years teaching special education in the region and touched the lives of many students. Her love of adventure and travel was shared with her husband, and they have enjoyed many wonderful trips together in the last 35 years.
