The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Karen Erdman can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: We were shocked and saddened to read of Karen’s passing. Our heartfelt condolences to you Clare and the family! She was a wonderful person, and we will remember the good times we had with you both many years ago. It’s unfortunate we lost touch over the years, but always enjoyed running into you and Clare at grocery stores. We would have come to the service, but did not know about this until today, as we don’t get the local paper anymore. I discovered it this morning through the Kitchener News app, where I periodically check obituaries. We wish you Clare and David, Melissa and grand babies peace in this very sad time.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to the family.
Karen and I chatted many times when she came shopping at Giant tiger where I am a cashier.
Her strength and ability to keep on smiling was an inspiration. I am deeply saddened at the news of her passing.
Until we meet again and continue on with our talks.
God Speed
Prayers to the entire family during this difficult time
Sincerely
Carol Thomas-Nowack

Condolence From: Bruce and Marie Struthers
Condolence: We are both saddened to hear of Karen's passing. We always had so much fun with both of you at Blower gatherings whether it was hockey or ball related. I won't be able to make visitation, I just got out of the hospital my self, nothing serious just a total hip replacement. You were fortunate to have 52 years years together. Both of you were always cheerful and fun to be around. We will choose to member Karen smiling and chuckling and how lucky we were to have been friends with the both of you.
