Duncalf, Julie:

Passed away on March 30, 2021 at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton at the age of 40 after a short battle with a rare disease.

Beloved wife of Cameron Duncalf of 13 years.
Cherished daughter of Helmut Rastel and Rosemary Goy.
Loving sister and best friend of Melanie (Dean) Mader and brother Jeff
Dearly missed by her nieces and nephews: Neveah, Bowen & Elliott.
Julie is also missed by her mother and father-in-law: Margaret and John, Sister-in law Sandra Brown (Steve), step siblings Steven Leonardo, Sarah & Colleen. Lisa Gill, Steven & Kevin Borthwick.
Dear granddaughter of Helen Weber.
Predeceased by father-in law Kenneth Duncalf, and step mother Sherrie Rastel.

Julie was a beautiful young lady, that touched everyone with her love from within. Her warm embrace, positive attitude, kindness and sense of humour was an inspiration to all and would brighten the darkest of days. She truly was a light to everyone that knew her.

Julie you were our earth angel, our shining star, loved by so many. Your gifts from the heart will live on through us and shine forever. Keep smiling down from above and continue to walk through this life with each and everyone of us. We love you forever.

Julie's family will receive relatives and friends from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM & on Thursday, April 8th, 2021 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A private funeral will be held at Henry Walser Funeral Home followed by a private burial at Parkview Cemetery (Waterloo). As per COVID-19 restrictions Guests must RSVP to attend Julie's visitation through the funeral home's website or by contacting the funeral home directly. Masks are mandatory.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Hamilton Health Sciences Fdn. - Juravinski Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
