Walther, Juergen:
Passed away peacefully on Monday, May 27, 2019 at Trinity Village Care Centre at the age of 79.
Beloved husband of the late Brigitte (April 16th, 2019) for 53 years.
Loving father of Daniela (Graeme) Innes, Kai-Michael (Julie), Mark (Loretta), Sven (Sarah) and Ryan. Cherished Opa of Taunya, Tyler, Kyleen and Caelan.
Juergen was a dedicated tool and die maker, working at MTD for over 35 years.
He provided leadership and dedication to the Christian Service Brigade for over 20 years.
Juergen had a love of soccer, spending time as a young man working as a referee.
He enjoyed games, especially Monopoly, Rook, Dominoes and Skip-bo.
Juergen loved reading and action movies.
Juergen's family will receive relatives and friends from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue from 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. on Friday, May 31, 2019 with a service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow. Interment at Woodland Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Trinity Village Care Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
