Joyce was one of a kind. I remember once telling her that my phone number had been printed for the Cdn Psoriasis Foundation and I was getting donations calls off the hook for them. Joyce wrote something on a piece of paper and handed it to me, "Here - tell them this!" I assumed it was the correct number for the Foundation. But, actually, it was the name for a new psoriasis medication that she heard worked wonders and I should tell people about it. What a lady!
