Passed away peacefully on July 13, 2019 at the age of 85.

Beloved wife of Gerry.

Dear mother of Rebecca (Gordan) Thompson, Christine (James) Voisin, Corey (Lynda) Rickert, Tim (Carrie) Rickert.

Cherished grandmother of Greg, Nathan, Josh, Ben, Julia, Emma, Cameron, Madeline, Alex, Samantha, and Natalie. She was a great-grandmother to ten great-grandchildren.

Sister of Nadine Richardson and Donna Wiegand.

Joy's main priority in life was her family. Her world revolved around her husband, children, grand-children and great-grandchildren. She will be lovingly remembered by all.

Private cremation has taken place. At Joy's request there will be a private service held for family only. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home (519) 749-8467. As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church or KidsAbility would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
