Passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 65.
Beloved partner of Gillian Foley.
Loving father of Vladimir (Kerry), Anton (Tara), Nick (Shannon) and Alex (Liz) and step-father of Meghan, McKenzie, Madyson, Montana and Maximillian.
Cherished grandpa of Izzy, Chloe, Ella, Ian, Salem, Kellin, Isaac and Bridget.
Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Mildred.
Marty was a truly selfless person, always giving to others, even in his final moments.
Marty's family will receive relatives and friends from 3:00 - 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467, with a service in the chapel at 4:00 p.m.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
