Williams, John Haydn Cule:
It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing away on January 22, 2023 at Sunnyside Long Term Care Home of John Haydn, Cule Williams at age of 96.
Beloved husband of Barbara for 59 years. Remembered by daughters Megan (Andre) and Lisa (Jeff).
He was born in South Wales in 1926. After 11 years in the army John "Came From Away" to Canada in 1957, spending 34 years in the pharmaceutical industry. His responsibilities took him coast to coast living in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Alliston and finally Kitchener. Retiring in 1991, he was able to enjoy extensive traveling for many years. John will be lovingly remembered for his incredible sense of humour.
A Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony volunteer, John was also a 21 year member of the Kitchener-Waterloo Probus Club.
A celebration of John's life will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
