Lichty, John "Tom":
Passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 47. Predeceased by his parents John and Wendy. Beloved partner and best friend of Carrie Mills. He will be deeply missed by his aunts Nancy Byrne (William), and Cora Coupland, uncle Larry Lichty (Diane), and many, many cousins and friends. As per his request, cremation has taken place.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Tom's life will be held from 12:00 p.m. - 4 p.m. on August 31, 2019 at Riverside Park in Cambridge.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society, or Pound Dog Rescue would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
