Neaven, Joan:

Passed away on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2021 at Innisfree House at the age of 87.

Beloved wife of Luke for 64 years.
Loving mother of Diane (Michael) and David (Kelli)
Cherished grandma of Jill and Claire
Dear sister of the late Joseph Virus

Joan was born in Montreal, where she lived the first part of her life and raised her family. She and Luke then spent over 30 happy years in Mississauga. Joan was passionate about playing bridge, doing daily crossword puzzles and taking as many cruises as possible. She played piano beautifully and was very proud of her children and grandchildren. She was known for her wit, sense of humour and repertoire of favourite expressions (“Shall we dance?). Her parting words to family were “See you later alligator”.

As per Joan's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 519-749-8467.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
