Passed away peacefully on November 23, 2022 at St. Mary's Hospital in Kitchener, ON at the age of 92.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Keith Milner and son Anthony Milner (Roberta).
Loving mother to Diana Nickel (late James), Nigel Milner (late Barb), Angela Smith (Grant), Suzette Milner and Wendy Ellacott (Matthew).
Proud grandmother of Elizabeth Kennedy (Brent), Hartley Smith (Christina), Cara Burt (Ray), Devin Milner (April), Tiana Ellacott, Graham Ellacott and Shawna Milner.
Dear great-grandmother of Naomi Burt, Ava Kennedy and Zachary Kennedy.
Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
Joan's family will receive relatives and friends at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 355 Gage Ave., Kitchener for a funeral service on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.
