Passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 11, 2019 at the age of 65.
Loving Dad (Tatus) of Agnieszka Boekdrukker (Mike) and Sebastian Harezlak (Jennifer). Proud Grandpa (Dziadzia) of Jake, Alyssa, Lucian, and Athena. Fondly remembered by Anna Harezlak. Dear brother of Zbyszek, Krystyna and Grazyna.
Jerry's family will receive relatives and friends from 3-6 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, 2019 and from 12:30-1:15 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Monday at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or CMHA - Waterloo Wellington would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
