Dear Murray, Christa, Tammy Lyn & Connor,

Brian and I want to express our sincere condolences to you all. We had a time for visitation however, I had to cancel as I have a cold. We were fortunate to get to know Jeff on a deeper level through cooking together in the kitchen at the family reunions. He was awesome, kind, considerate, funny and many other things. Every time we ran into him about town, he would always come over and give me a hug. The last time we saw him was at David’s funeral last fall. He kept looking at me and I didn’t recognize him in his suit. So he came over and as soon as he opened his mouth to say “you don’t know who I am”, I recognized his voice. We had a good chat. Our prayer are for all of you during this difficult time.

The memories we created over the years will always stay in my heart. I’m especially proud of the relationship we created over the last 7 years. Being roomies, we developed a deep sense of respect, love and trust for each other..these are my most treasured possessions.
You were a passionate storyteller and advisor. Your uncanny love for “getting the best deal” makes me smile. I love how you called me “my sister” when you talked about me and had a special way of saying my name! Your white T-shirt collection, daily telephone check- ins, the crazy outfits you wore at home and your love for Max, family and community...I’ll remember them all!
Oh Brother Bear! I love you!
But...”You know what I mean”😉
Your Sister
