Gillespie, James "Jim"
Passed away peacefully at St. Mary's General Hospital on Friday, June 14, 2019 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Lerine for 68 years. Loving father of David, Bruce and Stephen Gillespie and Lynn Brooks (John Biebesheimer). Proud Grandpa of Megan, Sarah, Rachel, Kyle and Amy. Dear brother of Jean and the late Earl, Ross, Bob, Marjorie and Fern. Survived by brother-in-law Alfred.

Jim's family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 and from 10-10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Service in the chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
