Obituary for Irene Mary Blanche Fiscus

Fiscus, Irene Mary Blanche:

Passed away on August 28, 2020 at Columbia Forest Long Term Care at the age of 81.

Beloved wife of Connelly Nolan for 45 years.
Loving mother of the late Richard "Rick" Zinger (2009), Kimberly "Kim" Selvig, the late Sandra "Sandy" Fiscus (1977), and step-mother of Connelly Nolan (3rd) and Carmel (Jason) Henry.
Cherished grandma of Tanya (Brian) Richards, Tammy Hiller, Natasha Keller, Riley and Hayden Henry and Great Grandma to Tanner, Kensington, Rayden, Kayden, Easton, Joshua, Janessa, Jayla, and Jordan.
Dear sister of Gertrude "Gertie" Fisher, Adlerd "Addy" (Louise) Paradis, the late Arthur "Art" Paradis (2005), Bella (Roland) Brown and the late Albert Paradis (1991).
Will be remembered by close friends, Dirk and Char Hullman, Laszlo and Jacky Bori.
Will be missed by her furbaby, Shasta.
Predeceased by her parents, Joseph Paradis (1962), Jack Indo (1986) and Angeline Fidler (2002).

Irene was a beautiful, attractive lady, who is always wanted to look just right, hair, makeup and nails done immaculately. She was an amazing cook/baker, who enjoyed to cook/bake for family and friends. She was a feisty woman, who always managed to get her way with her husband, children and family.

Irene and Connelly shared a love of cars/car shows, (76 Pontiac Trans Am, 66 Dodge Charger). Some of the favorites being Beanfest, Pumpkinfest, Moparfest, Cruising King Street and Wellesley Car Show, as well as the Baden Cruise Night.
They enjoyed many road trips to Alberta and back visiting family and close friends.

As per Irene's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service.
