Passed away peacefully, on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener, at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Edward (2012). Loving mother of Anna Maslowski (Jerry) and the late Walter (2019) (Bozena). Cherished grandma to the late David (2003), Robert (Jose), Patricia (Travis), Arthur (Michelle) and Angela and great-grandma to Hailey, Nathan, Olivia and Miles. Dear sister of Iza, Stanislaw and the late Maryla. Fondly remembered by extended family in Canada and Poland.
Irena's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. (vigil prayers at 7:45 p.m.) on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 29, 2021 at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Kitchener.
