Fritz, Helmut:
Passed away peacefully on July 13, 2022 at Grand River Hospital - Freeport Site at the age of 88.
Beloved husband of Erna.
Loving father of Robert Fritz and Lydia Bell.
Cherished Grandpa of Sheri Aguiar, Daryl Fritz, Heather Wrobel and the late Lindsay Bell and great- grandpa of Matthew, Kyle, Ruby, Kieran and Violet.
Helmut loved his family and was often found enjoying a german beer while attending to his garden. He was a proud Bavarian who loved to travel to exotic places. He was an avid Hunter and enjoyed being a part of his bowling league and computer club in his senior years
Helmut's family will receive relatives and friends from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM on Friday, July 22nd, 2022 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on July 22, 2022 at 1:00 PM. Reception to follow.
