Condolence: I am writing condolences on International Women’s Day 2022. I remember meeting Heidi when my dad, Bernie Falle (deceased) was Scotiabank’s District Manager for Northern/Western Ontario. We lived happily in Kitchener for a short time before Dad moved on to Spencer Hall in London. Heidi was one of Dad’s favourite employees. She was the first woman manager at Scotiabank and a shining example of breaking the bias. She was also a lovely person with exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
