Passed away peacefully with his wife and friends by his side on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 82.
Beloved husband of Heidi for 40 years.
Will be missed by his family in Canada and Germany.
Remembered by his fellow members of Narrenzunft Concordia and KW Oktoberfest.
Guenter's family will receive relatives and friends from 3:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467, with a memorial service in the chapel at 4:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Cremation has taken place.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
