Bourne, G. Anne:
Passed away on August 22, 2022 at Hospice Wellington surrounded by her family at the age of 54.
Beloved wife of Ed Bourne for 27 years.
Loving mother of Frank, Ella and Harry Bourne.
Anne is survived by her brother Chris (Wendy) Hastings and predeceased by her brother Cameron Hastings.
Cherished aunt of Stephanie (Leon), Jennifer (John), Melissa (Steven), Jason (Alexandra) and Emily (all of the Hastings clan).
Cherished Aunt of Christina, Josh (Jackie), Jessica (Cian), Anna, Jade, Jack and Kiera (all of the Bourne family).
She is also missed by many cousins, extended family, colleagues and friends.
She leaves a grumpy jack-russell terrier named Max to Ed's care.
She met Ed in 1991 while studying together at the University of Waterloo. Anne graduated from University of Waterloo in Mathematics and Business in 1992. She started out as an adjuster for state farm Canada and later became an insurance agent for them-now Desjardins Insurance. She got married in October of 1994 and after opening her own agency went on to have 3 beautiful children.
Anne's family will receive relatives, friends and colleagues from 4:00p.m.-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 28, 2022 and from 12:00-1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A memorial service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, August 30 at 1:00p.m. Reception to follow.

While a sudden cancer diagnosis took Anne from us, she lived with MS her entire adult life. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the MS Society of Canada in Anne's name would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
